Starter (250 min/mo) is built for solo and small firms; Practice (500 min) for 2–5 attorney firms; Firm (1,100 min) for mid-size practices; Enterprise (3,000+ min) for high-volume PI and mass tort. We quote on a 30-minute discovery call so the plan matches your real call volume. No setup fees, month-to-month.

How fast can my law firm go live?

Most firms are live within 5–7 business days. That includes intake-script build, agent training, CRM integration, call routing, and a soft-launch QA period. High-volume PI and mass-tort clients with custom campaigns typically go live in 10–14 business days.

Are Sempull's agents really bilingual, or do you use translators?

Every Sempull agent is native-level in both English and Spanish. We do not use third-party translators or 'switch to Spanish' transfers. A Spanish-speaking caller is greeted in Spanish, qualified in Spanish, and confirmed in Spanish — at the same speed and quality as any English caller.

Which law firm practice areas does Sempull support?

Is Sempull HIPAA and TCPA compliant?

Yes. All calls are recorded with consent, encrypted in transit and at rest, and audited for QA. Our workflows are built to support HIPAA-aware intake (for workers' comp and PI medical capture) and TCPA-aware outbound contact. We sign BAAs on enterprise plans.

What CRMs and case-management systems do you integrate with?

Native integrations with Litify, Clio Grow, Lawmatics, Filevine, MyCase, CASEpeer, HubSpot, and Salesforce. For other systems we deliver leads via webhook, Zapier, or direct API. Email + SMS lead delivery is included with every plan.

Do you cover after hours, weekends, and holidays?

Yes. 24/7/365 coverage — including nights, weekends, lunch hours, federal holidays, and storm/emergency closures — is included in every Sempull plan. There is no separate after-hours fee.

What happens to calls when my office is on a TV-ad surge or marketing campaign?

Enterprise plans include campaign-surge support: we staff up around your media flights, run dedicated DNIS routing per ad/campaign, and provide weekly QA + conversion reporting so you can see which campaigns are producing signed retainers.
